Sometime all you have to do is make it right and have great customer service. I have had problems with the morning shift with the service and quality of food. I came to the location after work to speak with the manager at 2:30pm today and he was so nice and concerned. I was going to give a bad review but he don’t deserve that due to a bad seed. Soda machine not maintained. No ice and sodas were empty machine dirty. 5 minutes to get service and I was the only one in the lobby,Asked for 2 ranch sauces for my curly fries, and caught major attitude.“The sauce are not free and next time you will pay”. So I said I will pay now and she turned and walked away. Understaffed and cranky. Next time I will drive on to the next Jack in the Box. View all feedback.
I came and ordered my food with a milk tea boba… i am told at the window that there in no milk tea and if i would like the coffee…i agree!Im told to park and wait for my order and walk in to ask for a boba straw so i can drink my drink while waiting and the same guy lets me know THEY HAVE NO BOBA STRAWS. I ask how am I supposed to drink my boba and offers A SPOON or my money back. I aceept the money back and he tells me can i have the drink back too? If only all this was mentioned before hand i could have gotten myself another drink!Ps received my order completly wrong?

This wonderful Saturday afternoon our group of 1child and 4 adults decided to have some Jack in the box in Scotts Valley very easy exit just right off of hwy 17We were in line for 25 min waiting til our order was taken. To be honest we wanted to back up and leave but looks like we beat the other 5 cars behind us and well we were stuck between the other 3 ahead of usI noticed that they were taking money but not handing over the order til like 10min eachI refused to pay til I received my order and they were mad and upset not professional and customer service was awful, I will remind everyone that hard money earned is not just given away you earn it and even though we were hungry we refused to pay and this male manager was acting like a **** we have the video for TikTok look it up.
There were 3 customers at the restaurant total. All in the drive thru where I was. No one in the lobby. It took almost 20 minutes to get through. Fries were old so I know they didn’t have to make those fresh. No idea how it takes that long to make 3 orders. It made sense when I got to the window. The employee was having a conversation with another employee. I used my watch to clock him. It took a full five minutes for him to put ice in two cups and fill them, then hand them to us. 5 minutes. All while slacking off talking to a coworker. If this had been a one time experience I might not have wanted to write a review. But this has been my experience at this jack in the box every time. I went back this time to give them “one more try”. Never again.
