Great traditional pub with a wide selection of beers and excellent service. The beer garden is a nice addition, perfect for relaxing. However, be wary of the language as it may not be suitable for a family holiday. View all feedback.
A place, no ruffles. If you want a beer, they will try.
Beautiful place, but small, that's okay. a few young people who drove from edinburgh to newcastle, and the rain was not phased at this time.

Had a nice trip on the coast and stopped for lunch in the anchor I had the smoked tint fish and black pudding fishcake my wife got fish and chips both delicious
Great friendly pub far more atmosphere than The New Inn.
