For £30 for 3 courses it was terrible. The soup and the main course was cold, 2 tiny boiled potatoes, and 2 small roasts, and the vegetables consisted of 3 tiny slices of carrot, 4 mini sprouts about the size of a large blueberry, and about a teaspoon of grilled onions. It was awful. I have given them the chance to improve things, yet this time it was even worse. At least the last time the food was warm.

The service was excellent and it was a good value for the money. It was quite busy during the week, which created a nice atmosphere. Overall, everything was great!

I've been mean... read more I have always gone to Quins frequently over the years. Previously with my mum and granny, and most recently with my partner and baby boy as well. I've been meaning to write a review for a long time so this is long overdue. Quins is fantastic, whether it is for breakfast/brunch, a few drinks, coffee and cake or a meal, this place manages to cater for all your needs at whatever time of day you visit. I've had fantastic breakfasts, lovely evening meals and also delicious cake and coffee. Nothing is too much trouble and Sylvia always makes you feel at home and cared for. She knows how to look after her customers and is always one step ahead, which is very much appreciated when you have a small baby! Her team are just lovely and will go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. This place is an institution in Gala and welcomes all. Thank you. I'll be back again soon!

Visited here as a group of 4, waited 25 mins and drinks order still hadn't been taken, no acknowledgement of us even being there but tables beside us were being... read more Visited here as a group of 4, waited 25 mins and drinks order still hadn't been taken, no acknowledgement of us even being there but tables beside us were being served, we left and did speak to management and explain why were leaving, very apologetic but we were thirsty and hungry and weren't sure how much longer we would have to wait, won't be returning in a hurry. Shouldn't have to wait 25 mins to order 4 soft drinks.
