The staff are very mindful of cross-contamination, so they requested a little time to clean kitchen utensils, which gave me a lot of confidence. The food was absolutely wonderful—fresh and delicious, definitely the best I've had! It truly satisfies my cravings for gluten-free takeout that I've been searching for. I feel so fortunate to have this place just a 30-minute drive away. I highly recommend it! I ordered all gluten-free dishes for both myself and my partner so we could share, and he was just as pleased as I was! I'm really grateful for the care they take regarding cross-contamination. However, I absolutely love it and was even contemplating indulging in it despite knowing the consequences. Then I discovered Kim's Kitchen, which offers a two-page gluten-free menu! I just devoured more food than I typically eat in a week, and it was incredible! I can't express how happy this restaurant makes me. Food: 5/5
