Made the mistake of ordering at this location using a BOGO coupon. Was told they don't accept BOGO and that my order was canceled. Only it wasn't canceled and I was charged. Went back to the store and they basically said tough luck. Call corporate. Still haven't heard from corporate either. Never again. Should have read the reviews before ordering online. My receipt clearly shows what I ordered and the sandwich was made wrong. I called the store to tell the manager and he hung up on me.I then went to the store to ask for a refund and he would not refund my money for the incorrectly prepared sandwich. The manager did not offer to remake the sandwich at no charge either. Don't expect your order to be right if you online or in app. Go to another Subway if you want to order online or in app.
DON'T order online or in the app. They will make your sandwhich wrong and the Manager will not refund your money.
If you enjoy a SUBS they are a Subway.Parking is tight due to location but other then that was good.
Recently, everytime we order online for the shop our custom orders are wrong and poorly made. The receipt is correct it's just as if they don't read the notes... not happy, getting tired of it.
