Hot, fresh and lots of taste. Exactly the type of reliability you are looking for when you stop on a road. Friendly service kept waiting time at home the counter to a minimum. The beverage fountain was not well calibrated and left it a little flat. The cookies were a tad overdone for my preference, but still pleasant. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen:
Asked for 8 pieces dark, all dark, fries as big side with sm cold tail. I was asked to move up when they cook fries. Okay. I got a big box of cold pommes, even after waiting, and mix pieces of chicken also after searching for all dark. If my grandchildren weren't hungry and I had already made it home, I would have returned everything. Give me what I wanted, not what you want. Smh View all feedback.

Were not greeted when he finally turned around, he literally said what you need.... they don't have half the food I ordered for my office. How can Popeyes be made of sharp chicken... all employees talk garbage and they all act as if there were no customers in place. Terrible, would not recommend to a friend
Fountain drinks were not mixed right. Took 20 minutes to get out food after given the wrong order. Tea tasted old.
The pieces of chicken are very small for the amount of money it cost. Its like you need 5 pieces to equal a 2 piece. Popeyes was great once upon a time but now its bad
I've been eating at Popeyes for 40 years, and this place in Scott, LA just served me the worst food I ever had from that franchise. There was no line on the ride through a few minutes before 6:00, which I thought was strange during the peak meal. That would have been a hint. I ordered a 2pc dark spicy with frits and one side of red beans and rice. When I drove away, the box opened to mix on the pommes. They were cold. Not even warm. I've been thinking more and more about the hot pommes being in there somewhere. Don't. Then I found the leg and took a bite. Hot, but disgusting. chalk over boiled, not crispy and zero season. I mean zero! Worst fried chicken I've ever had in my mouth. I came home and opened the red beans and rice. Sad to say that the cup wasn't half full. See the picture I have included. The owner of this place has no control over the quality and preparation of its products. The franchise or company headquarters should shut off this location! Maybe you ask why not I go back and ask them to do it right. If this is what the staff produces, I would be afraid to receive high-quality food after complaining. I also received my reception.
