Yesterday I waited 45 minutes thinking they were just busy and finally I asked somebody about my order and they didn?t even know they have my order until I showed them my receipt. Anyway, I went again the second time thinking it was just amishap. I woke up early. I was the second person before they open and they didn?t have my order again!!! What a waste of time!The coffee isn?t worth it. If they only have another coffee place in the hotel. The worker pretended that she didn?t knowsomebody ordered cappuccino! What the heck! I would not have these people in my company!

Prices are more expensive, and cannot use DD rewards app. I placed a big order 2 days in a row for our family and both days we had issues. The first day the coffee ordersweren't marked, the sandwich orders were mixed and the cashier forgot to give us our donuts. Always ask for a receipt! He hadcharged us for an extra item as well in error. The second day, we used the kiosk to avoid the line. I got a notice that my orderwas ready, but it was only our coffee. Waited 10 minutes to ask about the food and apparently it was cleared off the screen andnever started?! Good thing I asked or I would have waited longer for no reason.

I was in a large group of 10 peo... read more I can't believe the number of 1 star reviews for this place. I've only been here once so maybe they've improved a lot recently. I was in a large group of 10 people and we all got various hot food and coffee drinks. They got our whole order done in under 20minutes despite the crowd, everything was right, and tasted great. I've had worse experiences ordering dunkin on my own. Don'tlet the reviews turn you off if this place. I'm sure they've made mistakes (so does every restaurant) but I think the peopleleaving reviews here are just a bunch of Karens.

Only order easy coffee or donuts. For 2 Hot breakfast sandwiches the wait time this morning at 8am took 1 hour and 20 minutes to fulfill. The team is not organi... read more Only order easy coffee or donuts. For 2 Hot breakfast sandwiches the wait time this morning at 8am took 1 hour and 20 minutes to fulfill. The team is not organized and there seems to be no management to the flow. After waiting a half hour to get through theline just to order, they had me change my bagel option at minute 45 of the waiting for food line to something else as they ranout. I suggest getting in you car and driving to town for Dunkin?. It would be significantly faster.
