The food was good hot fresh. I got the fried shrimp combo my aunt got the catfish combo. They cook the fish fresh so you have to wait a little but that’s fine Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 View all feedback.
What Raye Holley doesn't like about Abrams -b-q Seafood:
For the last three times I been there the employers was very disrespectful they were unprofessional and unorganized they don’t even know how to talk to each other the food wasn’t good and they were sloppy with putting food into trays everyone want to be in charge putting a bunch of females together where there nothing going on but a bunch of unnecessary talking and fussing went there for lunch and got a chicken box t... True North Carolina soul food. The BBQ was good. We had chickens, cabbage, Rootabega. Mac and cheese are dying. Would recommend a true taste of the South.
The food is very good, great prices, and beautiful looking restaurant with friendly workers.
The food is very good. The fish was cooked per order. This is my place in Scotland Neck. I wish they served breakfast.
I am new in North Carolina not heard that this place is the place to be among other places. I do not recommend and will not go back. The chicken was extra dry and tasted like old fat. The Mac and the cheese were good, but extremely fat. The banana pudding wasn't bad, but could the chicken taste out of my mouth, so could?t enjoy something else. We ordered three plates and each party is disappointed in meals.
PROS: Good food, a local described it as soul food. Had backed chicken, collards and green beans. I was not disappointed. CONS: Ours table was not clean, they seemed a little disorganized. I kept hearing about their Mac Cheese but didn't try it. One of two places in town open on Sunday so..... Bottom line I wouldn't hesitate eating there again. $21 for two lunches.
