What Lisa Arnett doesn't like about Larosa's Pizza College Hill:
They said 30 to 45 minutes on the order!!! I called about the order they didn't know when it was coming, Manager told me to call back cause he could only take off $4 at the time!!! The food came 2hrs late! And it was Burnt and not made like I ordered!!! I had to call back and get a Credit!!!! They didn't have a View all feedback.

Very friendly staff who made me feel welcome and valued as a customer
They fired me for saying something bad about one of their stores on the employee app then used the app in the same way to fire me then had the gall to ask for my wages to be returned
Gunner, Wanda and Naraya took care of my issues without batting an eye. Our pizza was outstanding and customer service at the College Hill location phenomenal. Which is more than I can say for the management when you call the phone number with your issue manager spoke to was definitely annoyed and did not want to help me find an answer to my issue which was not getting the promotional code when you sign up for the rewards program. It wasn’t until her supervisor stepped in after she repeated herself about 10 times that I was not going to get that deal and said I’m going to give it to her. A promotional deal is just that if it does not state that it will take 48 hours on the advertisement flyer then it should be honored. This was the second time it was not until I walked in the store and they handled the issue with such kindness going out of their way to call their manager. So whoever that woman was, they took my call and was so dismissive and clearly annoyed. I’m going to say this you never know what somebody is going through and if you could not honor it, but would’ve handled it in a professional manner I understood but now I’m kind of gonna go out of my way to make sure you cannot be mean to anyone else. The world has enough bullies do better. College Hill all of you are truly the MVPs.
This location SAVED OUR LIVES (metaphorically) after a catering order from another restaurant messed up. They were able to help us feed our 100 person group within 30 minutes during lunch on a Friday. Not only that, but the pizza and salads were FANTASTIC! Our group was very happy. I would absolutely come here again for personal or cater a group again!! Thank you LaRosa's College Hill!
