Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

I love Freddy’s but I am new to the area and this location consistently provides bad service. Since I go to Freddy’s pretty often I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt but every time I go the workers seem to have no sense of urgency and are very inconsiderate of their customers. For example, the last 2 times I have gone through the drive-thru I have had to wait 10+ minutes at the window and then when I do eventually get my food there is never a “thanks for your patience” or “sorry about the wait”. I just get my food handed to me and they act like nothing happened and I haven’t been waiting for a long time. The staff is very poor.

Food was okay a little salty as far as the fries but what really got me was my daughter falling from water they didn’t clean up and she really hurt her knee. There was no remorse or is she ok or anything just a well we’re back and forth and was unable to put the sign down. Wasn’t happy with the service at this restaurant. No one cared. Now I have to take my daughter to the hospital to check on her knee. Will be contacting corporate to further investigate this and pictures were taken as well. My daughter is hurt that she was also laughed at she said she heard them laugh sad people are treating children like this. Also the tables all of them were dirty
