Superb restaurant for food, service and location. Well worth the trip
I spent a pleasant Saturday having lunch at Bros' trattoria with some friends. We were the only ones in the place and this meant that the attention to food and service were exceptional. The menu is not very varied but the dishes are well presented and very good, respecting the Salento tradition. The location is very beautiful both inside and outside (despite it not being very furnished due to winter). I recommend stopping by for anyone who wants to learn about Salento traditions and tastes in a little-known area like Scorrano.
We celebrated the baptism of our little girl and we were very happy to have chosen Trattoria Bros. Stunning location, both inside and outside, exceptional food, typical Salento as if made by grandmother with fresh, high quality ingredients. The service was fantastic, courteous and highly professional and what's more they satisfied our requests both before and during lunch. The cake deserves a separate mention, superb. Everyone was happy and satisfied so thank you for allowing us to spend such an important event with our family.
