I would rate the food a 2, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 2. Given the price range of $10 to $20 per person, I expected a significantly higher quality in all aspects.

The service was equally impressive, with attentive staff who made sure our needs were met promptly, also receiving a 5 out of 5 rating. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, creating a pleasant backdrop for our meal, which also deserves a 5 out of 5. With prices ranging from $10 to $20 per person, this place is definitely worth a visit!
