Horrible customer service. Walked in with my wife and was never greeted. Waited over 10 minutes before finally being helped or acknowledged. When it came to choosing veggies my wife was told they were out of jalapeños and I was told they were out of pickles. Employee then rudely mentioned that if I wanted pickles I'd have to wait. I told her that's fine I'll wait. 5 minutes later she comes out from the back with a new bag of pickles and jalapeños. Basically lied to us because she didn't feel like going to the back to get what we requested. Then I tried ordering a broccoli soup which was also told they were out of. Over heard them tell someone at drive thru that they were out of ham and made them settle for turkey. No napkins were placed in bag. Coupon we wanted to use wasn't valid because location made up their own rules on what sandwiches you could redeem coupons for even though coupon made no mention of it. Coupon specifically made mention of which sandwiches were excluded but this location added way more sandwiches to exclude any coupons from being used. Veggie area was a mess with almost empty trays of veggies. Employees seemed very unorganized with no customer service skills and they all seemed to have an attitude. No thank you nor have a great day. Over all worse experience ever out of any Subway I've ever been. My wife also left very upset and annoyed. Go to a different Subway and save yourself the headache. Trust me it's worth the extra drive to go to a further Subway location.
