We stopped in Scicli for a couple of hours and were amazed by the beauty of the town with its churches and ancient buildings, but before returning to Trapani we met the owner of the place, a very kind person and we stopped for lunch. Locale non eccezionale con una saletta ricavata da un basso. Quest 'ultima presentava i muri scrostati, tanto da stare attenti a non sfiorarli per non sporcarsi i vestiti, inoltre basta un piccolo gruppo di persone che parlano per generare un assordante e fastidioso chiacchiericcio. La pizzeria si chiama Lievito Madre ma la pizza è uguale a tante altre pizzerie da me visitate in passato e con nomi molto meno impegnativi, tanto da far pensare che il prodotto non rispetti il nome.
