I don't normally write reviews, but what I experienced there was simply awesome. I'm really impressed by the quality of the subs, the incredible speed and, above all, the friendliness of the team. I was particularly impressed by one employee whose name (hopefully spelled correctly) was Bartzi. I'm really not one to remember employees' names, but Bartzi's expertise impressed me so much that I just had to mention it. He made me the best sub of my life! Every move was perfect, the ingredients were fresh and you could tell straight away that someone with passion was working here. Honestly, I'll only get my food there from now on when I'm in the area. If anyone is looking for a recommendation for Subway: Go to the train station in Schwerin and let Bartzi serve you. It's really worth it!! PS: I just found the fact that he changed his gloves on his own because of my origins (because of the smile) to be so unusually courteous. Kudos to him!

The guests in front of us were also rudely informed that the Subway Signature Series was pre assigned and that nothing could be changed, even though a Subway Signature had never been ordered! My friend had also pointed out several times that she would like a WHOLE sub...in the end she only got half and with the wrong bread...but when we pointed it out again it was already too late. Normally I always remain friendly and calm, but that almost made me lose my temper. I don 't know how the staff was selected there, but sorry that just doesn 't work at all, zero motivation and you 're just bullied... maybe you should think about hiring new staff. But we won 't be coming back like this, there are better alternatives, for example at Netto on Ludwigsluster Chausee! Food was ok...but the salad was very yellowed and there were some leftover meat on the cheese (unsuitable for vegetarians)... In addition, the restaurant itself didn 't look very well maintained, there was dirt everywhere on the floor...but I thought it had just been renovated
