Maybe they should hire more staff... You're constantly waiting up to 40 minutes, and the staff can't keep up. Especially since things often have to be redone because the staff get confused, which I can understand, given how unreasonable it is.
The employees barely speak German anymore. When I entered the store, an employee wearing disposable gloves was standing behind the counter, playing on his phone. Even when the store is quiet, the employees rarely manage to greet you. It makes you want to leave immediately and get canned food from Netto. We only went there because they offer free parking in front of the door. And Subway is supposed to be sooo good compared to other fast food restaurants. Ordering at the counter isn't an option anymore, which is why I usually avoid restaurants like that, but we were hungry.
2* for cleanliness, speed, and friendliness. Why not more is easy to explain. There are terminals where you order. A great invention. But what good is the best technology if the two employees don 't put what was chosen on the sub? Most annoying is that ingredients that were even paid for at a surcharge were missing from both subs. That 's called cheating. I also wonder how two identical subs can have a weight difference of 45 grams according to my scale. Respect. Considering that all employees are supposedly trained accordingly, this difference is simply too large. I will avoid this place in the future.
I rarely go to subway since when is this so that you have to pre-order for 4 subs?? I mean the store was empty and the employee seemed a bit pissed
