Considering its small-town setting everyone knows each other , the food might be good for the average Brandenburg palate, but it 's not authentic Italian: carbonara with cream, young Gouda instead of Parmesan, rather blandly seasoned, etc. If you 're looking for simple Italian-style cuisine with a nice waterfront terrace, I can recommend this gem, especially when the weather is good. One star for the restroom anteroom!
