Easy to navigate. Most of the staff are friendly , except for Austrian airlines If you plan to get tax refunds, need to plan out additional hr just to be safe. Go early for duty free shopping, they have lots good stuff there. As for vip lounge, the Vienna lounge is one of the best priority lounges i've been to. Super spacious, has variety types of seatings. insanely overpriced, water is 6 euros, you have only two types of water available in the whole airport,one is Evian and some local sparkling water. It is utterly boring, dirty toilets and customs were horrible with very rude employees. View all feedback.
