Everything's great, no complaints.
Friendly service. Kitchen opens at 6 pm. Prices are reasonable. Cash only. The atmosphere is also quite nice, although the air gets a bit stuffy when the kitchen is in use; you can smell it afterward. But it's perfectly fine. Small menu.
The ambiance is the only cool thing here. The service is sluggish, bringing each drink to the table individually every five minutes. The schnitzel was way too salty, and don't even get me started on the salt-crystal fries. The starter salad was the best part of the meal; it was fresh and tasted very good. After a good two-hour wait in the almost empty restaurant, our mood had soured. After we asked for the bill, they started clearing tables. As if we hadn't waited long enough already. Service here is truly nonexistent. They gave us a €4 discount, which was perfectly reasonable. Unfortunately, our visit was doubly disappointing because we had recommended the restaurant based on previous experiences. However, we also didn't know that the owner had changed in the meantime. Not recommended. A very disappointing experience. What a shame.
Top shop, delicious food and very friendly service.
A lovely, relaxed evening out at the American Diner/American Café Bar. Really delicious food Friendly and competent service Great atmosphere in the restaurant, like something out of a Billy Joel song. The only thing missing was the piano man
