At the end of September I only ordered three coffees to go, but the service was very friendly and courteous. To all the grumpy people out there: A smile can open doors and hearts. I will definitely come again.

The ambience is great, but it gets very warm, stuffy and loud under the wooden roof when the restaurant is full. The a la carte food was very tasty, with attractive portions and a reasonable waiting time despite the full hut. Attractive wine list. The service staff tried very hard, but seemed to be very busy with a full house. You can feel it and hear it in the dialogue or when placing an order. The parking lot is only slightly gravelled and was not in adequate condition, probably due to the weather. Slippery, muddy, dangerous especially in the dark, which is barely lit. I found that extremely disturbing. It clouds my overall picture a bit, otherwise I would have given it 4 stars.
