What Josh C doesn't like about Burger King:
ALWAYS mess up my order, the lady taking my order never let's me finish giving my order and trys the rush me threw, 1 night I asked for a double whopper and they put 1 patty and 4 jr whopper Patty's on top and it was cold the only good customer service I had was from 1 one the new mangers taking orders in the morning View all feedback.
This is the 6th time i have given them the chance to get my oder right... Im all about second chances and i have given them 6 chances yet every single time i have gone to this location my oder is never correct. And i havent seen any kind of resolution to these problems. Number one reason being is they do no answerer their phone. So times i have called to explain my oders are incorrect i can never get a hold of anyone. Sure i could go back in and explain in person but most of the time i get fast food its bc im in a hurry. I do not recommend this place.Zero stars
Food is always cold. Just threw my sandwich out the car window.
Like most businesses that are on army installations the customer service is terrible and the food is cold.
Adequate for fast food, nothing special and nothing horrible. Went through the drive thru and even though the line was long they got through the cars quickly. Staff at drive through was friendly enough and the food was hot.
