Friends living in Gstaad introduced us to this gem of a restaurant. Impeccable service. The food was creative, and delicious. One of us had the veal rouladen, one had the mushroom ragout, and two of us had a filet of local fish (sorry I don't remember the exact name) Every one of us raved about the awesome taste, the creative presentation and the variety of surprising tastes on one plate.
