From mini Caprese and mini tarte flambée to taco and Bilcher muesli, there was everything your heart could desire. Of course, you could also choose classic rolls and cold cuts from the buffet. For me, however, the special thing about this breakfast was the wide variety of small snacks. Juice, water, filter coffee, and tea were included in the price, so there were no extra costs. The buffet isn't constantly being restocked, so little food is wasted. I think that's a great thing. However, to get the full selection, you should definitely arrive by 9 a.m. The staff was friendly and accommodating. This review refers exclusively to breakfast. However, it is highly recommended if you want something special.
