Second evening gri... read more Went there the last two evenings for dinner. First evening I had Holmer Traditionsteller, a fantastic meal and the fish was definitely fresh. Second evening grilled rumpsteak made to perfection. The meals were plenty and reasonable, very well presented and service was quick and polite. Very recommendable.

We had been eating fish every night, so decided to have meat. We both had Holsteiner Schnitzel - which was not Schnitzel à la Holstein. It was a tough pork steak with many mussels, carrot slices, corn, pieces of asparagus, green beans, all in a yellow sauce. We should have had another excellent dinner at our hotel, the Alter Kreisbahnhof.
