Rather than a bitter coffee from a machine served in a disposable cup, here I could finally sit and enjoy a good coffee prepared with care in a nice mug, with a nice chocolate on the side. The staff was also super friendly, even though it was a Monday morning in the last week of December. It's a bit frustrating to see some harsh reviews expecting a gourmet coffee experience in a place as crowded and stressful as Schiphol can be.
