All very good, nice and very kind boy, we started from the lower Vicenza area, a bit of a drive but it was worth it.
Novanta offers contemporary Mexican-inspired cuisine in a pleasant location on the Schio plains, with a panoramic terrace perfect for enjoying in warm weather. The dining room is spacious, with exposed beams and simple furnishings, perhaps too neutral for the culinary imagery evoked. The welcome is warm, and the young and well-organized service discreetly accompanies the experience. The dishes are carefully presented and are overall balanced and tasty, although the approach leans more toward Tex-Mex than authentic Mexican cuisine (melted cheese and ground beef are obvious examples). However, it lacks a truly surprising twist. The quality/price ratio is good: the fajitas, around €15, work as a single dish and guarantee a satisfying filling meal, especially if preceded by an appetizer. Dessert is less convincing: the churros mignon with ice cream demonstrate the limitations of an unsuccessful fusion pairing. The restrooms are clean but basic. An honest and informal address, pleasant, but with room for growth in terms of identity and gastronomic personality.
