Brasserie Fischer - Schiltigheim

For noise 0 For server 1 For the meal 3.5 Rate quite student. 13 euros the salad... very strong. My poor ears Too bad that the waiter is so stressed and that we retort to finish our fries first while my mother kindly asks her another service... Two very large rooms with at least 70 blankets. Oop noise

From crossing to Alsace for a few days, we went to the Fischer Brewery, it's always as good, the copious dishes and the very nice waiter. The tree that was inside is no longer a pity... it was great but we think that it was posing some problems at the building level, if you pass through there, don't miss stopping you there, you won't be disappointed.

Welcome to the arrival, then the server droppings make some dubious jokes to believe that it doesn’t turn only to water. We were waiting for the rest of the guests, once everyone present and the appetizer served, 45 minutes waiting for the order as much as you can recommend drinks (strategic???? then count another 30min to be served, and there dish mistake, we didn’t prefer to say anything about the moment to avoid a new waiting! That being said the dishes were copied and good. Finally dessert one of the guests has been forgotten and will never have seen the color of its dessert. So much to say that all these mistakes were obviously tipped for a total of 15€ more on the note that we did not fail to make known, at that time their mistakes were almost our fault according to the server. To come there 1 year before the establishment has changed well... in the wrong direction.

Nothing to say I'm not known the brewery the time of its apogee if I can say, now it's a historic monument, since Schiltigheim is a city of brewers, and Fisher still remains for me one of the best beer we have on the market.

Very cold welcome. We were there to drink a drink and they put 10 minutes to come to serve us and after 30 minutes they asked us to leave. Not recommended. I prefer to give my money to restaurateurs who have a smile and know how to welcome people.
