Ordered food from Aryana tandoori for the first time yesterday. It's nice that there are more Indian restaurants in Schiedam, such as this restaurant located on the Hoogstraat. We ordered a menu for 2 to 3 people and an extra vegetarian curry. First of all, compliments for rice. Beautiful long white grains, fragrantly prepared with cumin. The quantity was sufficient for 2, but a bit little for 3. The naan had a nice taste, large, but on the thick side. It could be a bit thinner and crispier. The tikka masala was fine, not too sweet and a bit sour. Compliments for the tandoori meat in the curry, which was not dry. I found the other curries a bit disappointing. I couldn't identify the butterchicken. The vegetarian mix curry was bland and the saag paneer was little more than wilted spinach with a few cubes of cheese. That could be better.
