First time I had ordered from this location. Now I know it's up the street. The sandwiches were made perfectly. Thank you, to the very kind two young men that were working when I went in to pick up the sandwiches. Very clean restaurant.Vegetarian options: You have your choices of flat bread or breads. Bit into an olive pit almost broke a tooth this is after subpar service they've changed how they serve you.You can no longer watch the full making of your food so you don't know how much meat is actually being put on the sandwich. I ordered online....I'm not impressed I paid 41.23 with a few of 4.95 for DoorDash service and 6.20 for the DoorDash tip....so together 59.43 for four sandwiches they left out drinks, as well as the chips, and gave us random ones as well as no cheese or onions. I called over 6 times with no answer. I do not appreciate that I read reviews, and seen multiple people saying they aren't answering their calls machine....if you're going to get orders wrong, at least give a refund or answer your phone.
There is only one women that works here that will greet you and smile. She is probably the reason I continue to go back to this location. They focus on online orders first, even if they have a line out the door. Decided to place an online order to avoid waiting in line for a long time. Arrived at the pick up time and stood there for 15 minutes before they said they didn’t have my order. I showed them my order confirmation in my email so they looked it up and started to make it. Didn’t even acknowledge that they lost the ticket or even attempt to apologize. I love subway and go to this location at least once a week. The food always taste fresh but after dealing with poor customer service from them and several others in the area (Schertz/cibolo), I will not be going back to subway again. Do better subway!

I usually love subway but I ordered online for curbside pick up yesterday and as I was getting ready to leave I realized I did not have my car keys with me. I couldn 't figure out how to cancel online and I have called the store 8 times. No one answers. My order was marked as picked up even though I did not pick it up. They can pull the camera footage if need be.. I just want my money back.
