Starbucks - Schertz

I 'd like to give a shout out to Crystal, Megan, Erin, Asher and the whole crew. By far this is the best Starbucks I have been to . Each staff member brings forth a passion I have never seen. Crystal set the tone off right away my first time being there. Then Megan added extra flavor that same day. Erin made suggestions to my regular drink and I have had her suggestion since. They really care about the service and the atmosphere. They remember my name and my orders. I 'm not reviewing as a person that has come for years. Literally the second time I came back they recognized me and my order. Starbucks needs to up a raise to each staff in this location. They are the definition of what a Starbucks should be.Sincerely, Washington

Maria was amazing and has remarkable guest service skills! She is an asset to your company and a true gem! People will return to this location and will do so because she works there!! I know this bc I will only come to this location in the future! I frequently visit your coffee chain and although its never been a poor one, this experience far exceeded the rest. She was patient when I held her drive thru line up and even gave our 2 rescue pups a treat of their own. Hold onto her bc I would hire her in a second!!! Great Job Maria!! This morning I had my coworker pick up an iced venti hazelnut shaken expresso for me. The drink was not modified to light ice or extra ice, the drink was made regular in venti. When I received the drink it was not filled all the way. I asked her if it spilled on her way here. She said the barista stated that she put the right portions and it came out that way.

I stop by for breakfast, drive-thru staff was very friendly and efficient! I decided to try the new Oleato Caffe Latte and I was pleasantly surprised with this velvety, buttery latte!

Always a good visit. I just wish starbucks would have sugar Free sweeteners other than just vanilla like all the other coffee places.
