This is the second time in a few weeks that I've gone to get a dozen for my family, and they've been completely out. All I hear is that the machine is down or "sorry." I understand it's not the workers' fault, but it's frustrating!
When I inquired whether they could refund the difference in price, the cashier simply refused and questioned why they would do that. I explained that the items I selected together cost around $5, whereas the wraps would have been nearly $12. They still said no. Ultimately, we decided to just request a refund. Unfortunately, the employee scoffed, rolled her eyes, and laughed with a coworker, which made for an unpleasant and unprofessional experience. I am really frustrated with the lack of customer service these days, and this Dunkin' location and its employees exemplify that issue. For reference, the employee in question was working on 9/10/23 at 10:15 AM, with dirty blonde hair and blue eyes. Her attitude was unacceptable.
The coffee was excellent. However, I noticed a puddle of water on the floor by the condiment station, and unfortunately, I slipped on it. The restaurant wasn't crowded, so I’m not sure why an area that is frequently used would be left with standing water. Thankfully, I managed to catch myself on the countertop before I could put all my weight on my knees. The staff was very apologetic about the situation.
Great place to pick donuts on the fly or to sit outside and relax with coffee and sweets.
