This is the second time in a few weeks that I've gone to get a dozen for my family, and they've been completely out. All I hear is that the machine is down or "... read more This is the second time in a few weeks that I've gone to get a dozen for my family, and they've been completely out. All I hear is that the machine is down or "sorry." I understand it's not the workers' fault, but it's frustrating!

When I inquired whether they could refund the difference in price, the cashier simply refused and questioned why they would do that. I explained that the items... read more When I inquired whether they could refund the difference in price, the cashier simply refused and questioned why they would do that. I explained that the items I selected together cost around $5, whereas the wraps would have been nearly $12. They still said no. Ultimately, we decided to just request a refund. Unfortunately, the employee scoffed, rolled her eyes, and laughed with a coworker, which made for an unpleasant and unprofessional experience. I am really frustrated with the lack of customer service these days, and this Dunkin' location and its employees exemplify that issue. For reference, the employee in question was working on 9/10/23 at 10:15 AM, with dirty blonde hair and blue eyes. Her attitude was unacceptable.

However, I noticed a puddle of water on the floor by the condiment station, and unfortunately, I slipped on it. The restaurant wasn't crowded, so I’m not sure why an area that is frequently used would be left with standing water. Thankfully, I managed to catch myself on the countertop before I could put all my weight on my knees. The staff was very apologetic about the situation.
