Love it here although I miss Kena? Kina?! I rarely have any issues here, however today I had I addressed a problem with my order from late last night one of the other managers, I believe his name was Ray? Took excellent care of it made me feel validated. He makes this store and his crew training under his example of great customer care, Shine! View all feedback.
Probably the best bbq we had in the United States. We build wind turbines and drive everywhere and try new bbq places everywhere. That was by far the best. We will definitely spread the word!!

A few harsh reviews kept us from trying Bill MIller BBQ until now. We REALLY enjoyed it! The fried chicken isn't as salty as most of the big chains. It's fresh and crisp and really quite delicious. We also had the ribs which were amazing as is, like a dry rub, or with their BBQ sauce which is tangy without being overpowering. The sausage link was also very good as were the big chunky fries. To top it off we also got a pint of peach cobbler. For pure BBQ I'd give the edge to Harmon's about 10-15 minutes away, but Bill Miller adds a great deal of variety and the benefit of multiple locations for convenience. The service was fast and friendly so all in all we'd have no reservations coming back again and again.
I like it... but it's really not that great. LOL! What does that say about me? I always have the Chicken Strips...
Omg this is like my favorite place all my family know when I go to San Antonio, Corpus or Houston I can't go until I chicken from Bill Miller and then my lemon meringue pie... I wish the valley gets a Bill Miller.
