I visited today while on my way to see my daughter. When I inquired about rosette cookies, the woman at the counter informed me they didn’t have any and then walked away after I placed my order for two pastries. She proceeded to take another customer's order for subs. Fortunately, a younger woman stepped in to complete my order and was quite pleasant. I love the old world feel, the staff are always friendly and their cannolis are excellent! Update, my son and his partner were amazed by the filling, sooo good.
