I placed an online order for 2 rice bowls with spicy chicken and 1 salad with steak. I placed the order which said would be ready in 30 minutes (at 7pm) so I went right at 7. I sat there for 15 minutes for them to catch up on orders and then make mine no worries. When I went up to grab it they let me know that they had no chicken at all. They offered me steak, tofu, or bacon which neither person like. I was never once notified of this upon arriving at the store and sittingthere waiting for 15 minutes for them to make it, knowing that they had no chicken at all. When I said I was no longer interested because I paid 13 dollars for a rice and chicken bowl and didn?t just want rice and lettuce I was treated likean inconvenience. upsetting.
I absolutely adore dining at this restaurant. The serving sizes are great, and I always feel good after eating here. The food is delicious, fresh, and nutritious. I would highly recommend trying Bowled.
