I had a terrible experience with the service. When I asked the person who took my order how he was doing, he responded with a dismissive attitude. This isn't the first time I've faced this kind of behavior. View all feedback.
Went here tonight after months of not having Taco Bell with lots of excitement so my mom and I went together to get our order. We ordered on their screen because the employees at the register ignored us when we got there. And my mom likes her chalupas extra crispy. After placing the order, we called out to the Spanish speaking employees who were making the food multiple times and were ignored for about 3-5 mins. COMPLETELY IGNORED US!! Then after 2 more min of calling them very loudly, someone finally came over and we told him to make the order extra crispy. When we got home, my mom’s chalupas had no color on them and were not extra crispy. And the whole order was cold. AT LEAST IN THE DRIVETHRU YOU CAN TALK TO SOMEONE. They did cater to other Spanish speakers when we were there. So idk if they pretended not to hear just because they didn’t want to help us or they were generalizing racists or who knows what, but I no longer am I going to this Taco Bell. What a waste. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The worst part is my mom agreed to go get Taco Bell even though we usually try to save money and she was so disappointed. DO YOU PEOPLE NOT HAVE MOTHERS YOU WANT TO MAKE HAPPY?!? Smh. Never again.
Came here some years back and as I lifted my 2 year old son up to wash his hands in the restroom, the entire sink came crashing to the floor, their were multiple shoddy repairs made previously to try and keep this crappy sink on the wall, mainly cheap plastic picture hanger anchors and spackle. If my son had tried to reach it himself without my assistance he'd likely b severely injured. Haven't been back since.
Location is now, under reconstruction inside and out! Don't park there, just use drive up! Inside was closed. The cashier at drive up says it may take a month or so to complete. Drive safe!
I made the mistake last night of coming here to get dinner for my family and i was disappointed. I requested no beans and got beans on our pizzas and they forgot 1 item I didn't even get a receipt. I had to go back bc I haven't eaten All day. The doors were locked at 9:30 I thought they locked at 10. I went back in the packed drive thru and I told them what was wrong. My mystery item forgotten again the Mexican pizzas did not have the chipotle sauce and sour cream I payed for. That's my last time ordering here. If my order isn't going to be what I want don't make me pay for it.
I ate at Taco Bell and ordered a burrito, but found myself biting into a half-frozen cluster of beans. I cannot even describe the pain my teeth were in after biting into cold, cold ice. They did a horrible job at microwaving their food. Will not be eating here again.
