Smashburger - Schaumburg

First time at smash burger. Food was delicious only thing I didn't like is they didn't have any ketchup to dip my sweet potato fries in.

Not sure why all the bad reviews.. Food is always great here! Staff is always friendly and attentive! Shakes are amazing with Haagen Dazs Ice-cream! :

Understaffed, visibly didn't get along, train forever to get

First time here. Dante, Mitchell, and Sky were amazing! So friendly and welcoming. They answered all of our questions and gave great recommendations . The food was fast and fresh. Everything was delicious. We will definitely be back!!

I was excited to try this place after driving by it every day for so long and wow was I disappointed.None of the food I had there was very good, and service was poor. Burger was dry and lacking flavo. Walked into the location and waited about 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged that I was waiting at the counter. Then I had to wait an additional 15 minutes after the quoted online order pick up time. Service is very poor, looks like due to management as the lay out at this location is very strange and impractical. Would not recommend this place and I will not be coming back again.
