Red Lobster Schaumburg

I appreciate the excellent service provided by Ciera and the delicious lobster, shrimp, salad, and biscuits at this Red Lobster in Illinois. The manager operates a fantastic restaurant. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We waited awhile after our priority seating request. Host kept calling people who arrived after us which was disappointing. My friend checked in 10 minutes before our time and saw multiple people arrived after her to be called before us. So I don’t think priority seating at this location puts you in a less priority list. After letting her know that we have been waiting 3x she finally relented and seated us. Service once we got seated was awesome. He was very attentive and personable and always prompt with requests. It would have been 6 stars for service but our hostess at the front brought the score lower.

My man and I were here yesterday. we arrived at 15 o'clock. the restaurant was quite empty, but the hostess sat us at a stand in the bar near the house door. cold air radiated us every time the door was opened, so we asked to be moved. our new table was better, but it was still quite cool in the restaurant. that was salty. the biscuits were even much more salty than usual. I ordered the firm of admiral and it was mostly illegitimate. the only good points were the service; our server was good and the drinks. the lobster punch is delicious. we were very disappointed and are not likely back. we should have known that the place was half empty when most restaurants are packed in jam on Saturday night.
