This has to be the best location around Schaumburg definitely better then the rolling Meadows or the palatine location. they are always fresh and have abundance of food unlike some of their other locations that lack common decency to ask who's next or they just don't want to have to make anything fresh or the food is old been sitting there for awhile or not cooked properly or has not so good taste whatsoever compared... Great service of good looking young man (with tattoos and beautiful eyebrows) was fresh, great portioning!
Delicious good Chinese food! it is all on a buffet type of counter, so they can see what it is to choose. they weren't on the portioning stabbed!
The quality of food is very bad. above all the rice. I ordered a teller to go and I threw everything away. the food tasted terrible and old, and they have the worst workers here. I love panda express, but never again to this place.
There is no management here. If you want a refund there is NO WAY to get it. You may need to wait for the manager, who is only there certain days of the week. I had an order mishap and within mins, I went over to the employees saying I didn’t want the bowl- I just wanted a refund. My order was untouched still in the bag and they were like okay we can do that for you. Mind you- the lady who helped us asked another lady who made the order who asked one of the guys working in the back who asked Pablo who came over to us. And even he was clueless. So he told me that their manager (who is a female) will be working on Friday and she can do that for us. He wrote down our names, number, and order numbers yet I have never received a phone call. In fact I tried calling the- first they disconnected the call pretending they couldn’t hear the one time they answered and second- they barely every answer their phone calls. Someone can call times in a row, and they just won’t answer. Where is their customer service? Where is their staff that is knowledgeable in their job? It’s unbelievable how these places literally hire randoms that don’t even know how to do their jobs. If an employee accidentally rang up something, how do they process a refund for the customer if not a single person inside knows the process? I’m appalled.
