Nestle Toll House Café By Chip

Grew up loving nestletollhouse chocolate chips and it warmed my heart to discover the Nestle Toll House Cafe at Woodfield Mall 'Twas a great treat to snack on amidst a shopping spree and the cookies were a 12/10!! We tried an assortment of their classic cookies (buy 3 get 1 free when I went! and our favorite hands down was the chocolate peanut butter one! Gotta try the coffee next

I went there to grab some cookies and my son wanted the 13 minis we bought it and it was a goo and stuck together and I tried to ask for a refund and the two rude young lady’s were very disrespectful and when I ask for manager it was another rude young lady and they did not want to refund me or give me different cookies ,I want corporate number because I’ve been buying cookies from here for 5 years

Nice selection of not easy to find candies and other novelties. Staff is nice. Store manager is very helpful

Absolutely poor service the young ladies working at the counter were rude, racist and disrespectful. They truly don't care about the quality of their products. We asked nicely to do over they said either take or order another one. Absolutely shocking behavior.

I ordered two simple hot chocolates and after ten minutes asked what the issue was. I was told it was busy when in fact the folks before and after my order had been served more elaborate drinks. when I said something, I was told they were busy but they clearly forgot my drink. I was rudely offered a refund which I took. Terrible service, poor attitude. Would avoid this place.
