Harold's Chicken #41 Schaumburg

The worst Harold’s chicken I’ve been 2 …I ordered a catfish with chicken .. I got a piece of catfish(it was the size of 1 nugget) 3 pieces of chicken that was the size of my pinky finger… The fries tasted like the grease needed to be changed..Never Again!!! This place need zero stars .Parking: The parking lot was very empty .

Long wait times and the food is terrible. Everything taste like old grease with no seasoning and don’t even get me started on the customer service.. what a disappointmentFood: 1/5

I called ahead and placed an order for pickup. I was told that it would be ready for pickup in 20 minutes. I placed the order at 5:10 pm and arrived to pick it up at 5:37pm. When I arrived there was no one at the counter to greet me nor was there anyone in the store at all. After standing at the counter for a few minutes and shouting hello in an attempt to get the attention of anyone in the store that I could not see, but to no avail as no one answered my continuous call for assistance. At 5:43 pm I then decided to call the store to see if anyone would answer the phone. A lady answered the phone and it seemed to be the same person that took my order from the initial phone call. I informed her that i had been standing at the counter for several minutes waiting to pick up my order, she replied “okay I will be right there”. As you could see from the front counter to the back of the store, i noticed the girl from the phone and a gentleman who turned out to be the cook coming in from outside together. She asked what my order was then went back into the kitchen area of the restaurant. At that point it took an additional 15 minutes to get my order as they had never filled the order. Two additional customers came in after me and were also asked what their orders were as they hadn’t be prepared either. This is problematic as there were no other customers in the store so there should have been no delay in the orders, nor was there anyone in the store ensuring that customers were being greeted. This is unprofessional at best and I would not recommend this store to anyone. Furthermore, I will no longer be a customer at this store as when she finally gave me my order she didn’t even extend an apology for the lack of professionalism which completely disregards how valuable my time is to me. She never even told me my total and only asked if I were paying with cash or card. This was one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had in a while and if you are reading this I would for sure think about looking elsewhere if you are interested in having a better experience.

I have a horrible experience every time I order from here! It’s really a shame that I just tried to place an order 8-6-23 and it’s 9:00p and they close at 10p and they told me that I can not place an order because they are done for the night. Living in an upscale area trying to support BLACK BUSINESS IS IMPOSSIBLE WITH THIS COMPANY!!! U can complain all you want and have them cater the party, but you won’t get enough sauce for your orders. Don’t place delivery or you really won’t get any sauce on anything even if you request it.. You give them chance after chance by being in this area from THE CHI and they will disappoint on many occasions!!! They NEVER MAKE IT RIGHT AND YOU CAN NEVER SPEAK TO A MANAGER!!!! THEY MAKE SUPPORTING THIS BLACK BUSINESS IMPOSSIBLE IN AN UPSCALE AREA!!!!!!

By far the worse Harold’s I’ve been too. If you want high blood pressure go here. Ordered a 25 piece chicken very salty. I took it back so they could remake it that was a waste the fresh batch was still salty not even ranch or mild sauce could help. I was definitely disappointed, never againFood: 1/5
