This Dunkin’ Donuts at the Woodfield Mall it’s by one of the main exist , by the Parking Lot “E” ..and “Macy’s Garage” I always park my car on the parking lot E so it’s easy to remember where I park my car because of DD and I have an excuse to grab a “Late”on the way in ..and another one on the way out ! LOL , love how clean is this location and how friendly the stuff are, I recommend this location 100%. View all feedback.

Terrible service! I requested a specific order but did not receive what I asked for, and when I mentioned it, they did not offer to correct it. I also requested a chocolate glazed item but was given one with regular chocolate frosting instead. When I asked for a replacement, they just walked away. View all feedback.
I usually get a complimentary birthday drink every year, but this time I did not receive one and the staff member here refused to assist me.
Great customer service, they blow fast! fresh donuts, hot coffee, just like they want it.
At 18:30 when it says and they were very dismaying when I asked if they were still open! the hired had a blue shirt!

Would give it a zero star if I could . Charged me $1 for a cup of water and tried charging for an extra cup..
