Drink Nightclub - Schaumburg

Extremely rude hosts and bouncers at the entrance. We did have a minor issue with ID which could have been resolved within 10 minutes and we clearly stated that but everyone was kicked out outside without proper clothes into cold December night weather to wait outside until we fix the ID issue. We did not return, will not return and do not recommend this atmosphere to anyone else in the area.

The staff is extremely rude with zero customer service. They didn't let us wait for Uber inside the hall when they refused to enter one of our girls (12/29/2023) because of a recently expired ID. We've just come from Houston and it was freezing cold outside (28F), nobody had jackets because there is no place to leave them inside the bar. What is the problem with letting people wait 3-5 minutes for their Uber to bring the passport? Would you let your wife/daughter to stay at a such cold outside? I think you definitely not. If it's the problem for you then make a small waiting room or the wardrobe. I'd avoid this place to not ruin your evening.

We had our Christmas Party here last week and everyone from the front door to our VIP host and servers were amazing. They paid attention and made sure everyone had a good and fun night. They assisted in some special set up and configuration we had.

Blond bar woman is rude and shout at clients like crazy without any reasons! Staff is rude and not competent. Don’t visit this place if you don’t want to ruin your mood.

Great atmosphere, and the DJ plays music for everyone to enjoy.
