We visited two-starred, maritime-focussed restaurants in France which were capable to adapt their menu, but DiVa won 't do with such nonsense. Even with 6 months prior notice. Of course I understand that if you are not at all prepared for such extraordinary circumstances, it is better to cancel the booking than to make some half-hearted effort. But you know what, guys? It 's the 21st century, so feel free to join us if you find the time.
