So I chose the vegan momos and salat (they could choose between salat and pommes). the salad came with a French sauce that was not vegan. I found this very inattentive as the momos were written as vegan. the device was beautiful and there were many great pictures from the tibet. it irritated me, however, that pop music ran and was served the momos pommes or salat, which does not really correspond to the Tibetan culture.
