His antipathic... read more I rarely felt so uncomfortable and devalued in a restaurant. From the outset, the welcome we received from the waitress was far from being warm. His antipathic attitude, his lack of respect and his discourtesy have surprised us greatly. More shocking yet, we were expelled from the restaurant without apparent reason. Such an experience is unprecedented for me and I find it difficult to understand how an establishment claiming to offer a quality service can treat its customers in this way. The waitress' attitude totally ruined the experience. A restaurant is much more than the simple food it offers, it is also a global experience where service plays a crucial role. I am extremely disappointed and saddened by this experience, and I cannot recommend this restaurant. After reading several other customer reviews expressing similar experiences, it seems that this is not an isolated incident. I therefore hope that this notice will serve as an alarm for management, which I hope will take the necessary steps to improve their service.
