Westchester Burger Company - Scarsdale

I have to give it one star for 2 reasons. Hopefully the owner or the operator will read this and fix the issue. This place is barely ever open! It’s very frustrating to come by the establishment and find that it’s closed during dinner time even though they’re advertising that it’s open! Fix the hours of operation!! Secondly, whenever I’m able to eat here, I always order a shake but the milkshake blender has been broken for the last three months!The burgers are great though

Not quite sure why a burger place is selling burgers that have been pre-made. My burger looked nice, but it was perfectly shaped into a hockey puck and that ruined the experience for me from the start. There's plenty of space, but not much else that's going to bring me back when there are far better options.

This local place has never been friendly to local street merchants. And since the pandemic this giant place always looks closed. Empty. Plastic chairs take up sidewalk but no one ever sits there now in the cold. Also they closed the one in Mt Kisco which seemed better but gave my adult son a stomach ache.

Called in a pickup only to get there and wait another 40minutes for a burger and salad. The salad was incorrect and the fries were not even close to cooked.

This place was really clean, not too busy, and great service from our waiter. The food is priced well and if you're like me, an appetizer and a burger with fries is more than enough for me. The fries are thin, my favorite, so I thoroughly enjoyed them. The reuben spring rolls are to DIE FOR. They come with this amazing sauce to dip and it's been my favorite appetizer for years!! I rave for them. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars was because my burger came with pickles, but over 10 of them. I was only expecting a few pickles, I had to take most of them off because it was just overwhelming. Also, for some reason, our water didn't have ice which I thought was weird.
