I ordered a drink and the train came and I had to run out the door before receiving my order. The gentleman working sprinted to the train caught the door to get me the coffee I ordered. I was just coming from a funeral and having that experience knowing people like that are out there made things a lot better. Amazing people, amazing service. Thank you!

When I entered the store to pick up a mobile order while in my bike gear, before I had a chance to do anything, the counter attendant lit into me about the bathroom being closed, etc. I had no need nor ever said I was in need of a bathroom. Just there to pick up a mobile order. Don’t need that nonsense.

Nothing right! I went in for a peppermint mocha latte and toasted white chocolate latte and came home to find only two plain lattes. What a disappointment! Do you really have to watch the person making it? It wasn't busy. I paid for something that I didn't order. What a shame, I repeated my choices twice, but I guess there was a n English translation issue. Pity.

The staff should at least be able to speak enough English to allow you to order and pay without any issues. I left without making a purchase because I couldn’t even communicate the correct order.

Let alone the rude attitude, served Latte with spoiled milk, causing severe food poisoning.
