Cold Stone Creamery - Scarsdale

My friends and I were next in line and the employee just skipped us and went ahead to help the next customer when we were standing there. He made eye contacts with us several time too but didn’t ask us anything. And I could say that eye contact was with attitude and for what reason? We were waiting for few minutes confused why we got skipped(? . I can say that my appetite was ruined after that because how could you skipped 3 woman standing in line just like that? I’d like to give this experience a zero.P.s I’ve seen several other reviews about bad customer service too. Please fix this Cold Stone.

As stated in other reviews , there’s no training in customer service at this location and no listening skills either . Specifically asked a young women can my milkshake not be watery for it to be thick and ask her to use less milk. She says yes I thought I was gonna get an awesome milkshake . I literally got a cup of milk that was 9$ never again lol . Been coming here for years I’ll stick the other locations who can comprehend a simple order

I ordered a mud pie gotta have it for $10.50 the employee put only one Oreo. I asked if he can put another so he did. Then he ran out of peanut butter from the bottle after one little squeezed so I asked if he can put a little more. he found more and put one small teaspoon. When I was checking out, I was charged an additional $1.29 for the Oreo cookie and “ peanut butter” which were ingredients included in this order. They said it’s one Oreo Cookie doesn’t matter what size ice cream you order which makes NO sense! So you get one pepperoni no matter what size pizza you order??? Outrageous!!! Has never happens before.

There was a hair in the ice cream and the guy serving me had a bad attitude. Gross. Better go to the cold stone in down town White plains
