We chose the restaurant thanks to the reviews and even here we did not miss. The location, mainly derived in the garden of an old convent now in disuse, is beautiful, the view on the Gulf of Follonica, at sunset, exceptional. The dishes are few, and this must in fact know well at the beginning and put it in mind, but extremely cared for, presented well and always in the sign of freshness. If an ingredient is not fresh the dish is not kept in the menu. Tagliatelle with tomatoes, rocket and exceptional sword. The appetizers are also simple but with an exceptional taste. The key to success is in the maniacal choice of raw material. Maurizio, the manager, deserves a praise.

Restaurant on average at food level, very nice and romantic location. the view on all illuminated philonica is worth the price of the dinner not really cheap.

We had gestures without registration and got a table. We waited outside on the terrace, which offers a super view. Overall, we had the impression that everything was somewhat uncoordinated, it was the first day ok. The food itself was really good without just a deficiency! Also the wine recommendation top.

The complex is very beautiful and evocative. the view on the gulf of follonica is wonderful. good dinner with quality products and discreet portions. good wines. we say that the dishes lack a little imagination. the negative side is the little professionalism of the waiters. the acceptable account but could be slightly lower.

We had a very good dinner. The service was very good and the food typical for the region. Only the view to the sea in the evening is fantastic.
