Found Pickering’s by accident but what a find! of us all said it was the best haddock and chips we have ever had. The haddock was fantastic and the chips were cooked in beef dripping. We will certainly visit again View all feedback.

Third visit today is as many weeks , this place is absolutely amazing, only £1 charge to sit in , the lovely couple who run are brilliant, the fish is gorgeous, the portions are huge , perfect peas , gorgeous gravy the spam fritters are lovely too , well worth a visit and so reasonably priced, lovely and clean restaurant Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Lovely delicious fresh fish and chips.. batter Crispy and perfect. Staff very pleasant and friendly. best I’ve had in the area will definitely return.
